Hello,
All the routes are accessible by two backgrounds:
Paris: Reaver/Cubi
Rafael: Cubi/Shika
Braums: Shika/Reaver
If you'd like to do Paris' route, you'd have to pick either a Reaver or Cubi in the beginning. Hope this helps, and if for some reason it still doesn't, let me know!
