Go to the install directory and look for a log.txt file. If you can send that here or on the DC server. IT should tell you why it didn't start.
I can't find a log.txt file in my directory. The only "log" files I find are python related.
I originally wanted to ask the question on Discord, but all the links leading me to the CoR Discord tell me that there are "no text channels". So I seem to have no permission to enter.
My PC might think the game is harmful and preemptively closes it without imforming me. Though, I tried to "run as administrator" it didn't change anything and i don't know other ways to trick my PC into accepting it.
The log file should be here, if not then the game isnt even starting up

It sounds to me like your antivirus is flagging CoR as a false positive. I would look up whatever AV program you are using and see how to mark an executable/folder as not dangerous.
