If you go here you can get the latest sound drivers. https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers

Put in your serial number of model number, look for the Audio Driver, download it and run. It should auto-install. It might help?

I've installed it. What do I do know? Do I need to extract the files first? Then do you need to do something else for it to work? ~~:((( Why do i suck so much~~

If you've installed it you may need to reset the PC for it to take effect. Then that should be it. If it doesn't work.... :( I'm out of ideas, sorry
