What are specs?

Like your computer's graphics card, CPU, etc...

I dunno what a graphics card is either.

Oh, well then at least tell me, when you play games does it play choppy or is it smooth, not just 2D games but nice looking 3D games aswell.

GD plays well. Minecraft plays good too, just laggy at first.

GD?

Geometry Dash

Those games are light on specs, Minecraft's a bit in the middle so I assume you have an average computer. That should probably be enough to run UE4 and at around 20-30 fps. Since I don't really know how to fix your problem with UE4, you should just post this question on the UE4 Discussions. https://answers.unrealengine.com/index.html

Someone in person said it was too slow for that, so I'm just gonna play it on Android... (the 2nd one bcoz ppl's reviews say the first one is bad)

Okie the 2nd one is bad too, ppl's reviews said that they were able to get in for the 4th one

I don't understand what you're saying. So what you're saying is that your pc is too slow for UE4? So you're going to use UE4 on Android? You do know that UE4 isn't for Android right?
