There's some really interesting stuff going on here but, the value for the health gain on the pickups, the spell, and the dash felt like they could have made for a really well balanced level. Some sort of way to know how much of the level you've completed could help the player to know how much health/mana they need to conserve vs how much they can spend.
The dash felt pretty cool, maybe would have been better linked to movement direction than mouse direction, helps with strafing
I can imagine this would be a really fun jam game if the enemies were behaving properly!
