Presentation is very good. However, the unconnected music tracks and the funny-but-random enemies left the game feeling incoherent. Perhaps, tying the three bosses together at least visually would have worked better?
I failed to notice any correlation between the enemy and what cards they took the most damage from. Power level being placed on the card makes me feel conflicted: on one hand, it creates an extra line to read, making it somewhat harder to decide on the combo in the short time given, on the other - that very fact rewards the fast (hence skilled) players. It also somewhat undermines the importance of combinations (from how it felt, at least), going somewhat against the intended flavour.
Overall, I enjoyed the game, mostly for its fast pace (and the neat voice acting); but if it is developed further, some stronger creative direction is necessary. For a jam game, though, it is a job well done!
