Maybe I was the only one with such problem, but pressing Q doesn't build a vase for me. I found out that pressing and holding Q several times eventually gets the vase built, but it takes so long and doesn't even work always, so I didn't manage to finish it... Anyway, it's pretty nice work.

It confused me at first as well. After speedrunning it, however, it seems that each vase is built after about 2 whole seconds. Pressing Q once starts the timer; changing your walk direction cancels the building process. Jumping doesn’t seem to affect it though.

The concept of being able to craft your own hiding spots is brilliant, I just sooooo wish it was conveyed how long it takes to actually make a vase, or even where the security cameras stop. It took way too long

As a fellow GameMaker developer, I would suggest using the draw_healthbar functions to make a visual representation of when the vase will be finished, and maybe use the dark flooring to indicate the range of the cameras? Just some ideas.

I will say that I did have fun playing it, and I applaud you for getting it done in the time limit! Solid effort!
