Okay so I decided to play the game with joiplay to see if I can recreate the problem. I'm not running into it. also I'm not running into the stretching of the screen in the first pic. Are you playing the py version or the exe version on joiplay?
Edit: even when trying to add it as the exe it loads the py version. Suggest you just re-download the game as I'm having no issue with the game nor emulator

But thank you for checking. Now I have suspicions about save file. There is a possibility that something is broken in my save file. I will try to redownload again and to start from the begining to see if this will help.
Nope, it didnt help. Same problem with girls cards and, Im sure, it will be the same for pickaxe.
I give up. I tryed everything, but nothing helped. Idk where is the problem, emulator or the game itself (maybe some problems with screen resolusation optimization or something like this), but I dont know how to solve it.
