I know you are still developing it, just to mention - when I tried it on a Quest2, in the first test, if you move the gold bar to the box with one hand and then another bar with the other hand you cannot grab the third bar or anything else (so you cannot progress any further by touching the cross). You can of course skip the gold bars and just touch the cross to continue to the other tests.
