He went behind Trev.
"Did I say something wrong?"
He just kept making the cereal ignoring him.

Kept making the cereal the ignoring wasn't intentional his head was just feeler with thoughts and feelung and he started to geta headache. And overwhelmed.

He went outside and went to his car
He grabbed onto his hair and started grunting
"Aghh-Head ache-..!"
He started walking to the bathroom stbling and wobbling around looking for his pills slopply
He came back inside with an unidentifiable drink
He kept wobbling head still aching in pain and he was wincing.
"P-..P-Pill.."
"Trev?"
He looked in the bathroom
He was shaking struggling to open the bottle of pills, he felt on the ground after still wincing and shaking.
"P-P--P..P-Pill..!"
