He kept wobbling head still aching in pain and he was wincing.

He was shaking struggling to open the bottle of pills, he felt on the ground after still wincing and shaking.

"P-P--P..P-Pill..!"

He sounded like he was in pain and gripped onto his hair again pulling it, he started Hitting his head trying to stop the headache but it wasn't working.

He just did it with his other hand still trying to get rid of it, if he didn't take the pill soon he would started bleeding from his head and taken to a hospital as soon as possible.
