Previous comment was wrong I forgot this updated, rhot doesn't have a second heart event logan does.
How do you get Logan's second heart then? I have his like up to 76, so idk if I'm close or idk the event to trigger his second heart?
Check the v0.31 update note in the game and you'll find a event called "I owe you a beer". That where the second heart of Logan comes from.
