As a Chess player, this is a really cool idea, and a very fun game. The music is great, too. One problem I'm having, though, is that on the level where the first bishop shows up, you can get softlocked. And yes, I'm aware of the restart button that's usually a bit near the top-right corner of the screen. It's not there for some reason.
It usually happens on the right side of the screen. Maybe I'm just dumb and don't know what I'm doing, but I felt like saying something about it, because whenever this happens, I have to reload the entire page, which puts me all the way back at the beginning. Either way, this game is a very creative and fun idea. I haven't even beaten the game yet, and I already really like it. Very cool.
That's weird, idk if you fixed anything but the reset button definitely works on that level when I'm not out of moves... haven't tested getting stuck again
Edit: so it happened on the LAST level this time, a crate floated back up after the move but it won't let me move there. When I hover over the reset button, sometimes it goes purple and sometimes it doesn't, but clicking doesn't work
Edit 2: I scrolled back up and clicked it again and it did work this time?? I'm very confused
