I'm guessing you start out with your fist but, it's hard to tell with the pixel animation. The first 3 monsters are strong once you realize you can't just barge in taking out the first 2 are ok. The 3rd one is way too tough with the head whip thing. As stated by someone else the healing is non existant. I'm sure it's because you are suppose to take over people. I didn't learn that till after I played the game. There is literally no tutorial or, anything that tells you to do this so you know.
