So I recently got back into the game, and whenever I submit, all npc's tend to just, not want to do anything? Is that normal, or does the "attitude" have to be at a certain number?
No, it's just related to Libido.
Make sure you excite them first, through teasing or lust potions.
if havent raised there lust they have no interest
