Hi there, I went through the list and I noticed a few things were missing from the crafting list.
Two armor was missing from the purchasing stores so I've added those in to fix the craft total these are Ancient Armor and Leather boots.
Ancient Armor - can be found at the snow village.
Leather Boots - all armor stores from Balora, Artellus, Regull.
Sturdy Belt - all armor stores from Balora, Artellus, Regull.
Ancient Belt - the snow village.
Dream Flower - The last Item recipe, can be found in Green Valley and several other areas.
The total list of all craftable recipes should now be at 116.
Nice catches! It doesn't appear that the Sturdy Belt recipe was added to the Fort Aridale cart merchant. He only sells the recipes for:
Rope, Sturdy Armor, Silk Robe, Battle Robe, Feathered Hat, Silk Hat, Woolen Boots, Silk Boots, & Iron Bracelet.
Also the Sturdy Belt is the only item I haven't crafted yet, which means there should be 115 total recipes, not 116. I've updated my screenshot to verify.
So I took a look into the whole list and everything you've provided to cross-reference what else was missing and one item in particular popped up. 'Sweet Egg Rolls Recipe'
That's the only thing that I can think of that's not giving the 1%. I'll add this in on the next patch today to see if this will fix it.

I've purchased the "Sweet Egg Rolls Recipe" and crafted one but my Collected Recipes remain unchanged (my screenshot remains unchanged). It still lists 115/116. I don't believe cooking recipes contribute to that though as they're not synthesized? There's currently 52 Items, 26 Weapons, and 32 Armor for a total of 110 synthesized recipes only still. There's 15 cooking recipes now but none of those contribute to Collected Recipes otherwise that would be 110 + 15 for a total of 125.
Hey Lichwolf! So I've gone and tested this and figured it out, it seems that the flowers count towards the Collected Recipes!
The total recipe comes to 110. But the flowers count towards the Collected Recipes and having all 6 in your inventory will give you 100%
If by any chance you use these flowers to craft and it gets depleted from your items, the percentage will drop.
And you're correct the food recipes don't count towards the list.
