On desktop browsers сlicks on any buttons in the game does not work(chrome, opera).
And buttons on my site without problems, why on itch it does not work?

I tried the link you provided and I am unable to click anything. I'm using Chrome 63. It leads to me believe that it's something about how you're handling input in your game and not how itch.io embeds the game.
