I tried to get the in game recipe book, but it just opens to a blank page and doesn't do anything else.

Hey... We really need that PDF. The in game recipe thing is a bit useless unless you know exactly what you are looking for and its ONLY a recipe (really guys?) Cmon, full production chains i don't have to click through and memorize, production ratios for X farms to X factories to X whatever. We really need a detailed PDF...
