How to kill the alpha werewolves I'm stuck at that quest I even equip myself 70 strong health potion, Sleeping Mist, Wolf Posion but still can kill that biatch

Maybe you can try seducing him in the battle instead of really fighting. Get his semen after submit to his dominant fucking. Semen is alpha fluid too.

You can put him into sleep using Sleeping Mist and bombard him with Silver Bomb. It deals very efficient damage to the alpha.
