That’s completely not true. I don’t know who told you that but they lied to you. It’s genetics. It’s completely possible for someone her size to have her breasts. You don’t need to be overweight, genetics plays the part of the size and it’s based on the connective tissue. It’s just common sense too and you shouldn’t body shame btw
an extremely rare and statistically unlikely occurrence of something, does not make a general rule. its just common sense, and if basically no one has that body type, its not shaming anyone.
