Sorry. What operating system are you using? This isn't a problem with the game so much as you seem to be banned from downloading ZIP files.
I suspect this is something to do with your anti-virus software or a very child-lock version of Windows. Maybe there are steps for fixing this, but I can't change anything my side to fix it. I might be able to Google some help though if I know what you're running.
