Also, updating the video card wasn't very clear to me. Was it meaning to replace the whole graphic card or just updating the drivers? Also, Happy New Year!
If your video video cards is above the minimum required (mentioned in the game page)updating video card's driver & Direct x.
(According to few players who had the same issue), I have personally tested it with old/some what low specs to make sure I don't mislead anyone with the minimum.
