Thank for the feedback! To prevent spoilers I won't tell you exactly why, but I think you may like the next level.
With regard to the scifi settings, I'm not totally decided on what order they'll appear in, but I plan on hitting pretty much all that territory at some point.
With regard to mythology, characters like the orc and satyr, contextually relevant monsters, will definitely be appearing throughout. I chose to start with greek mythology because I wanted the first few levels to be highly recognizable, albeit with some less known nods to actual mythology. Going forward, there's a good chance of seeing some interesting things from that since I'm a huge mythology buff.
In terms of fetishes you mentioned, both size and smell will definitely be appearing again. Macro/micro will definitely be getting their own encounters at some point, and smell will at least appear incidentally. Also, the orc was my favorite encounter from that level, so I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a bonus scene connected to an item at some point. Milking will also definitely appear, possibly multiple times, I have a few things to figure out with that.
As far as starting out dominant, I definitely want to do a few levels like this. Since I'm more of a sub, writing from that perspective is definitely easier, but I have some ideas. I hope you enjoy what's yet to come!
