If this is on windows you have to click more info when the app runs and say run anyway.

After you’ve downloaded the game, you need to extract it. Then you need to open the exe file.
After you open it, usually a windows security message pops up. On the security message you need to click more info. Then click run anyway.
I extracted it but I only see the normal file and not the exe file (Sorry Im not really good with computer files and stuff)
The file you want to click on is called “Stick It To The (Stick) Man”
Also make sure you downloaded for the right operating system
