This bug occurs when you're on v0.12.3 or before then update to v0.12.4 while the bug has already occurred.
You need to load a save where you haven't given her the kit. Then you can give her the kit.
I have the newest version, the v0.12.4 on, I guess I'll have to start again then, for I gave her the kit more than 40 days ago in the game and don't have any save that old. Thanks anyway, given that this kind of bugs are common for now, this would be a good time to add some sort of button that allows you to make the dialogues go super fast without having to press a button, and stop when choices are needed.
