I think that's unlocked during visiting the family event, which is auto-triggered on Sept 28.

Anyway, the event that determines ending is these two events during agency. 


Maybe you forgot to spend time with him in the park? Anyway, the agency5's event requirement is to see park3's event beforehand.

I'm trying again for the 4rt time... But, as I've said, I spent the entire year with the guy...

Well, did you encounter those events I mentioned above? If you encounter these events, then you should be able to trigger ending just fine.

Only till agency4... after that none of the others triggered...

No. After the movie, there was this one in the mart, the ice cream one, and none other, there was the spank one in the agency and sex in the office, but I think they're outside the story because the spank one appeared in different times...

Anyway, park3 event is triggered by spending time with Tocchan in park, while agency5 and agency6 in agency. The rest of the places don't matter.

The 5th time did the trick... 

I've tried again and didn't work, everything worked till agency 4 scene and nothing after that... So, I made I backup file from my save game, deleted all the archives, downloaded it all again, and paste my saves. This time at the end of June the scene from the park appeared and everything went smooth after that... Maybe some archive was corrupted? 

Well... All is well when ends well...
