Well I don't think it runs on linux... but how do you unzip other files? Use that I guess lol
On terminal:
go to file locate with
$ cd /location/where/file/is
$ unzip TentacleLocker_PC32_1.1.2.zip
if you have not a "unzip" just install with.
$ sudo apt update
$ sudo apt install unzip
