are you referring to the language used vs actions taken by Alex?
i think that might be a misinterpretation, because alex has a 'bitchy' attitude (she likes to playfully insult/banter), and that is not going to change just because she starts to like you, its part of her personality.. and she likes you because you have accepted her bitchy personality
