Nice job! The player movement and overall difficulty feel really good, I just wish there was some sound effects or music.

Developer

Thanks for playing, and thanks for the feedback! I'm not very good with sound effects or music yet. I've been practicing, but the game would feel way worse if you heard MY music. xD

I liked the game, though I found it a bit too challenging! It's always really cool to see how much can be done with Scratch, given some of its constraints. I really liked your health "bar" heart, and I think my favorite part was the little cutscene between the tutorial and the battle.

It seems like there's a brief invincibility window after getting hit by a bullet; it would have been nice to include a visual indicator for that. Alternatively, I think I would have actually preferred to have no invincibility window, but have each bullet keep track of whether it's already hit the player to ensure you can't get hit twice by the same bullet.

Another suggestion would be to include some measure of progress. I had no idea and personally never got far enough to know whether the game was meant to be endless or not.

Thanks for the feedback! I really needed that.  Looking back, I should have tried to implement all of these. And thank you for playing my game! I really appreciate this comment.

Hello!
Fun little idea that could have used more polish. Thought I was doing good but there's no audio cue for taking damage, I can't tell when hits land or not.
Good Luck! Keep making games.

Yeah, I should have probably made something for when you get hit. I did try to make a small invincibility frame, but you don't really notice it. I always really appreciate feedback! Thanks for playing!
