We don't manipulate the files uploaded to our site in any way. If someone is having trouble playing it after downloading it's most likely because the game was not packaged correctly before it was uploaded. I recommend testing the ZIP file you uploaded locally before uploading it. Extract it to a new directory away from where you save your project normally, and then try running it to see if it works.
