Wow this is so much better than the jam version, but still it got some of the same flaws like there is no reason to grow bigger because everything is tight platforming, you could try a more open type of game like a metroidvania, a place to explore and find secrets, the main mechanic would work much better and i suggest some buttons the play could push only when he is big enough. Ok now that I got the main problem away, holy molly your level design got a lot better than the last time, really liked the idea of multiple paths for different sizes, and the snow level has that blowing wind like in Celeste but on a much smaller scale, I could suggest to make the wind particles a different color because they blend in the backround and they are not visible enough in my opinion. 

So glad that you kept working on this project, I still really think it has potential, and seeing your progress really reignited my passion for gamedev, thank you man keep it up!
