We don’t provide a way to delete analytics for something, you can only delete the project entirely. Note that deleting a file will not remove the aggregate analytics, those will still be available in the dashboard.
As for why someone downloaded something 1000 times, that’s unclear. It could be possible a technical issue on their end was triggering a redownload?
