HH has been updated to v0.12.4. The only bug fix in this is to fix Android's human kit issue, which completely halted progress on Lin's story. If you have ran into this bug, you will need to download this version and load a save prior to giving Android the human kit. Once the human kit is given in v0.12.4, everything will continue as it should.
Unfortunately, you will need to redownload the entire game for this fix. But your saves will automatically transfer between versions.
