Hi platymelon! You can edit and use the sprites in any project unless it's the resell of the edited sprites! So, yes sure ;)

Hi platymelon! The character generator only support idle and run animation so far, it's still in development ;)
Many art softwares can do the trick, but one fast way if you are lost is using Piskel, that doesn't even need a download!
Just drag the files in the right order and export the result with the button!
Right order: Body + Outfit + Hairstyle + Accesories
