It just makes it so whenever there is a diceroll to check if you are willing to agree to a sex act, it always passes. It is intended to more late game characters but right now there is not enough different events for it to matter. I added it mostly for things in the future.
And sound at some point, but I am focusing on events and quests for now, so no idea when it will get added.
