I'm using android, and I can't find the text file
Unfortunately, it might just not be compatible with your device. You can try playing through browser and seeing if that makes a difference.
Just curious, but what does the error mean? Do you know what NPC it's referring to?
It's a method used to move NPC portraits. For some reason, your device is unable to call it, and unfortunately there is not a lot that can be done on android to troubleshoot that sort of thing.
