If you get bored of your consort, you can gift them to a horde and pick a new one. Potentially I might add a choice to retire them through more delicate means, but that hasn't been written yet.
I felt it was a little unclear what happens when i give them to the horde do they get eaten or become horde sex slaves?also if its the latter, is there an option to change your mind?
