Never mind. It seems like cars are behaving normally now and I can actually gain speed on them. For some reason, that stopped happening when I was playing it. And also, the first car behaves a bit more normally and will try to ram the car now. It stopped doing that when I was playing it. I can still get behind him tho and he doesn't know I'm there and will just go about getting into an accident.
