You can't, it takes custom CSS. But why would you want to? You can hide uploaded files or disable downloads entirely if you like, but then your games won't show up in searches anymore. And the More Information box is important to people.
I'm pretty sure the download button uses a script. But with custom CSS you could style it differently. Contact support and tell them what you need.
