Music not playing would usually mean that files cannot be found next to NTT executable.
After searching extensively, I finally found this thread. Something has happened that I can't explain, and I hope you can help me understand it.
I have the Steam version installed. Since I wanted to play in full screen at 60fps, when I learned about your mod, I immediately installed it. I've played for over 500 hours and never had any problems.
The other day, with the new game update to version 100, I was playing both the original game and NTT, and everything was fine. But today, when I went to play NTT, I realized that the music wasn't playing—not when starting the game, not on the character selection screen, and not once the game had started. The sound effects are working; the only thing missing is the music. I've already checked all the sound options, and they're all turned up to maximum volume, and the only thing that's wrong is the music.
Interestingly, everything is fine in the original game; the music plays. I was running the game from an NTT shortcut I have pinned to the Start menu. I tried running it directly from the game folder, but that didn't work either.
The only thing left to try is reinstalling the game and NTT.
