First, the Fancy chest is the one with a dildo, it's near the castle entrance. After you found it and return to Lilu, the rod is in another chest, in the top of the map near water . Also, we recommend not use the saves from the previous version, as it may lead to bugs with this quest (working save is attached to the .exe version).
