there's no breathing animation for the rpg maker cause it doesn't support idle animations on characters! Just use the files you can find there: "4_RPG_MAKER_MV" - > "Characters"
ok well thank you! (I am a good rpg maker dev and I did buy your assets pack so if I make a game am I allowed to post to steam? Dont worry credit for the tileset will go to you ;) )
I don't know which plugin might do the trick cause I'm not an RPG_Maker expert, all the stuff in the RPG_Maker folder are intended to be compatible without any plugin installed
