What license should i use before i sell game assets?

I have read and keep re-reading about licenses floating around the web for almost two weeks now. I've checked all of the topics brushing about it here on itch but none seems to answer what i need.

Basically, my requirements are:

  1. buyer can use assets for commercial and non-commercial purposes.
  2. buyer can use the assets till the end of time.
  3. buyer can use the assets on any number of projects.
  4. buyer cannot resell or redistribute these assets (even a modified version of it).
  5. buyer cannot make these assets (even a modified version of it) available for use to the end user of their project.
    1. e.g. app, education, website, etc.
  6. buyer cannot use the assets on printed media of any form.
    1. e.g. paper, t-shirts, mugs, etc.
  7. buyer will give me credit in any manner or form inside the project upon use of any one or more of the purchased assets.

I was looking at Creative Commons at first but it seems to be a let down. It basically contradicts my bullet point #4. Am i going crazy and I've just misinterpreted this? CC+ says i could extend the terms/conditions from CC, but i'm not sure if bullet point #4 breaks this. Or any of my bullet points above.

Other licenses address redistribution in such vague language i'm not sure if i could use it or not.

Lastly:

If i will provide a link to the google doc of the bullet points i have made above, What is it called? Terms of Use? EULA (End User License Agreement)? Terms and Conditions? I doubt it's called Copyright but i'll just put the term out there just in case it might actually be right.

Any advice are appreciated. :)

You looking for this one: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/4.0/

What you need is a License Agreement written in a note or doc, you can find these easy in the internet. This is an example: https://legaltemplates.net/form/licensing-agreement/

Thanks for the reply.
But CC BY-ND 4.0 contradicts 2 of my requirements:

  • Redistribution (I do not allow it).
  • Derivatives (I allow it.)

I have not seen that LA template yet. Imma check it out, thanks!
