Thanks for the game! I had fun, even though I didn't get very far.

Theme: The theme used as the setup for the story, but other than that didn't really factor in at all.

Fun: The game was well done, but my fun suffered because I suck at platformers so I kept dying (specifically by falling). I didn't even make it to the part with the enemies :(

Controls: Needing to have multiple keys pressed at the same time felt a bit cumbersome (I agree with spookyhousegames).

Graphics: I love the aesthetic of the game! But the death screen hurts my eyes. That giant white circle is too much contrast, too fast. You really don't need that big a visual for death. Or any visual at all, actually. Lots of platformers just play the death sound and reset.

Audio: The music was hauntingly beautiful! I loved most of the sound effects. The sound I didn't like was the death sound. So given that I dislike the visuals and the audio for death, that made death even more frustrating.

Accessibility: Probably the lowest point of your game. No option to remap controls. Requires the ability to press two buttons at a time. No option to adjust difficulty. Unplayable without visuals. All of these are true of many games, but I'm just looking at the list we were given: http://gameaccessibilityguidelines.com/basic/. What you did well: no information is conveyed by color alone (you have no color lol), good contrast between text and background, visuals are large enough to be easy to see.

Originality: pretty similar to existing platformers, though you did have more control options than I usually see in a platformer. Overall did not seem very original, but of course nothing is truly original.
