The key is randomized, you keep the killer away by looking at them, the car doesn't always start the first time. The instructions all say as much.
well then this is an awful game and poor design to freaking complicated and not fun. what a dumb game

Honestly, it's not that complicated and is very well-designed. One of the best entries here on itch, IMHO.
Now I know at this point you comment is a year old, and maybe you've changed.. maybe you just got gud.. but all in all Jesus Christ, you literally just didn't read man, that's all on you.
