Everybody be talking about how they met Aldric and how much they love him and I'm over here like "??? There's a new character?" Did I miss something? How do I meet Aldric?
At the very beginning, when speaking to the blue orb, don’t chose the options “Love,” “A lover,” or “Friends,” and your charisma will be lower than if you choose them. Then, once you meet Silas, lie about why you’re there, and your low charisma will ensure he doesn’t offer to give you a ride, lest he be late to getting to the academy. After he leaves you, you’ll begin making your way to the academy on your own. That’s when you meet Aldric.
It's not obvious on how you meet him. In later updates you will meet him on either route you start, however I hadn't yet implemented him into the Silas route. In order to get on his route you need to lie to Silas and have a charisma of 10 (the lowest you can have). In order to make sure you have the right charisma, don't choose "love", "a lover" or "friends". If Silas doesn't offer you a ride then you're on the right track.
