It's been a while so I apologize if this is incorrect, but I think it requires leveling up your Mystic skill a bit. Thankfully, upstairs from her is a quick and easy way to train it up a level or two.
My current Mystic is level 10, and on my previous playthroughs i have it with only level 7 so i don't think that's the problem, thanks though

I've already done the date and the hand holding scene. And the rest of her sex scenes, including the required one with Edith
