Could you tell us the details on #bug-reports, in our Discord server (linked in the game's main menu)? We use that to collect bugs and help us find out exactly what's wrong.
I have put it in the Discord and i am hoping it will help (first time reporting a bug) if you need something else please tell me. And i wanted to get the naho puppy training but i cant put her in the torture chamber am i doing something wrong?
