This is a nice starting point for a much more complex and extensive game! SO congrats! no so many peaople can sell the idea like this, you have in your hands a game full of potential!
As many comments already said, the game is simple, yes, BUT! you can work with it! The only thing you're lacking is difficulty, make the player feel challenged! how? well, you can play with the map, maybe make it bigger, so the enemies are running around (escaping from you so its harder to get them!), maybe the two players have different tasks, like one needs to defeat all blue ghosts and the other only red ghosts, and if they hit ghosts they are not supposed to, their health decreases!
There are so many ways to frustrate and challenge your players lmao believe me, just find the perfect solution for the objective of your game!
Keep making games cuz I see a lot of potential and talent here! Well done :D
