After you rest 2-3 times in the farm you go to the milkers and it wil be ready
I've rested way more then 3 times by now but it still says they're working on renovations...
I was able to "fix" it by resetting the farm, after that i just had to leave the room with BellWeird
Yeah, that's really strange... As long as it works I suppose?
